You may return your SANDBOX® product within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Sandbox Design B.V. will replace it at no cost.
